He has has been in the ministry for more than 20 years. He has pastored and pioneered churches in the Philippines and underground in countries where the Gospel is restricted. These congregations are still vibrant and going strong for the Lord.
Moving into the United States in 1997, he served as the Assistant Pastor of Church on the Rock in Maryland. Together, he and Pastor John Krach started The Master's Bible School as a program designed to guide, mentor and train a new believer to become an effective church worker. Pastor Jemar created the curriculum and study guides that are still producing Kingdom workers whether they are young, adult, seniors, or even in prison.
Throughout the years, his dependence on the Holy Spirit has been the center of his ministry. It is through this relationship that his messages provide a refreshing for the weary, encouragement for the discouraged and deliverance for those who are in bondage. Giving the Holy Spirit ample time and freedom to minister during the services results in signs and wonders when the congregation's needs require them.
